Email SupportWelcome to MadeByDJs. MADEBYDJS LLC ("MadeByDJs," "we," "us") operates madebydjs.vip. By using our website, placing an order, or submitting your email for updates, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
Agreement & Updates
- Who we are: MADEBYDJS LLC is a Minnesota limited liability company that designs and manufactures Club XL booth hardware in the United States. MadeByDJs is our trade name. Legal notices and customer support: support@madebydjs.vip.
- Electronic communications: You consent to receive transactional emails about your orders (confirmations, shipping, and support). If you opt in to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Order Acceptance
In Plain English: We can decline any order for any reason—for example fraud risk, abusive requests, or customization we will not put on our hardware. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.
- Right to Refuse or Cancel: MADEBYDJS LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order at our sole discretion, before or after payment, including for suspected fraud, abusive conduct, production or shipping constraints, policy violations, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Placement of an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment until we confirm it.
- Refunds on Declined Orders: If payment was captured for an order we decline or cancel, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
1 Product Customization
In Plain English: Double-check your display text before ordering—it cannot be changed once your order ships. Your Scan + Tap-Connect destination can be updated: use a link you control (website, Linktree, etc.) to change it yourself, or email support after purchase. We cannot accept returns for display-text typos.
You are responsible for the information you provide for your custom hardware.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete customization details. MADEBYDJS LLC is not liable for errors such as typos in display text or other incorrect data you submit at checkout.
- Scan + Tap-Connect Destination at Checkout: You are responsible for the destination URL programmed at order time. We strongly recommend HTTPS links and destinations you control (your domain, Linktree, Beacons, booking page, etc.) so you can update offers and socials on that platform without contacting us. If you provide an insecure link (http://), you accept liability for security warnings that may appear on guests’ phones. Post-purchase destination updates are available under Section 1.1 below.
- Production & Shipping Time: Each unit is custom-manufactured in the USA. We aim to produce and dispatch within approximately 5–7 business days of order confirmation. That window is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may extend when our production queue is busy. Free US shipping is included.
- Content Restrictions: Without limiting our general right to refuse orders (see Order Acceptance above), we may decline customization that includes hate speech, explicit imagery, copyright violations, or other prohibited content.
1.1 Post-Purchase Scan + Tap-Connect Destination Updates
- The Promise: We can change where your hardware sends guests (scan or tap) without replacing the physical unit. A customer self-service portal is in development; until then, updates are completed manually by our support team.
- How to Request: Email support@madebydjs.vip with your order number, a screenshot of your order confirmation, or by replying to your order confirmation email. Include the new HTTPS destination you want programmed.
- Turnaround: Destination updates are typically applied within 5–7 business days (the same window as custom production and shipping). Verified emergency requests—such as a compromised social account—are prioritized.
- Before Your Order Ships: Within 2 hours of order confirmation, you may contact support to revise display text, color, or Scan + Tap-Connect destination. After 2 hours, the build enters production and display text cannot be changed. Scan + Tap-Connect destination may still be updated via support until the order ships; once shipped, no further pre-shipment edits are available.
- Self-Managed Alternative: Point your hardware at a destination you control so you can update links, offers, and contact flows on that platform without waiting on us.
- Your Responsibility: You remain responsible for the security and content of the destination URL you authorize (including account takeovers on third-party platforms). We program the destination you request; we are not liable for third-party outages, hacks, or policy changes on external sites.
- Limits: Updates apply to routing only, not display text. Requesting a destination update is not a product defect and does not qualify for the 60-Day Guarantee or warranty replacement (see Section 3.3). We reserve the right to decline abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited destinations.
2 Shipping & Fulfillment
- Production Schedule: Custom units are built in-house in the USA on a limited schedule (typically Monday–Thursday). Daily production capacity is capped; when demand is high, new orders are scheduled into later production batches rather than shipped on a fixed calendar.
- Production & Dispatch Estimate: We aim to complete production and hand your order to the carrier within approximately 5–7 business days of order confirmation. This is an estimate only—not a guaranteed delivery date—and may be longer during peak demand, holidays, carrier delays, or queue backlogs.
- Shipping Transit: After dispatch, delivery time depends on your carrier and location. Free US shipping is included. Carrier transit times are also estimates and are not guaranteed by MADEBYDJS LLC.
- Sales tax: Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout by our payment processor where required by law. You are responsible for any tax obligations not collected at checkout.
- Damaged Orders: If your hardware arrives broken, we will replace it for free. You must provide photo evidence of the damage and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
3 Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns & Warranty
In Plain English: Try your Club XL at real gigs for up to 60 days. If it is not helping you book more work, contact support for an approved return and full refund of the hardware price—no restocking fees. You ship the unit back yourself with tracking; we do not send prepaid return labels. We deduct only what we cannot recover from third parties: original outbound shipping and payment processing. This trial guarantee applies only to eligible current Club XL orders (see eligibility below)—not discontinued Base units or legacy promotional pricing. Display-text typos are not covered by this guarantee (destination links can be updated—see Section 1.1). After that trial, our No-Fault Lifetime Warranty replaces hardware that structurally fails or breaks in normal gig use—the replacement unit is free; you cover shipping to send us the damaged unit and for us to ship the replacement (see Section 3.4).
3.1 60-Day “Book More Gigs” Guarantee
For eligible Club XL hardware orders, you have 60 days from delivery to use your unit at real events. If you are not thrilled with the results or do not feel it is helping you get more bookings, contact support@madebydjs.vip to request a return—even if the unit shows normal wear from gig use. Do not ship hardware back until support confirms eligibility and issues a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This satisfaction guarantee is separate from our No-Fault Lifetime Warranty (Section 3.4) and applies to how the hardware performs for you in the field, not to display-text customization mistakes you entered at checkout (see Section 3.3 and Section 1). Post-purchase Scan + Tap-Connect destination updates under Section 1.1 are not grounds for a refund.
Eligibility
This guarantee applies only to qualifying orders. MADEBYDJS LLC may verify eligibility using your order number, purchase date, product version, and amount paid.
- Included: Club XL orders placed on or after May 19, 2026 through madebydjs.vip at the current standard Club XL offer price (currently $97 for the primary unit).
- Excluded: Discontinued Base hardware, legacy promotional pricing, orders placed before May 19, 2026, and off-platform or wholesale purchases unless we confirm eligibility in writing.
3.2 Transparent Refund Accounting & Return Logistics
- 100% Hardware Refund: Our guarantee covers the full purchase price of the hardware itself. We never charge hidden restocking fees.
- Third-Party Hard Costs: Because we cannot recover costs paid to third-party shipping carriers and payment gateways, the original outbound shipping cost and the initial payment processing fee (e.g., Stripe fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund total.
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All guarantee returns require prior written approval. Email support with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility, issue an RMA reference, and provide the return-shipping address. Returns received without an active RMA may be refused, returned to sender, or delayed.
- Customer-Arranged Return Shipping: You are responsible for purchasing your own trackable shipping to our facility. We do not provide prepaid return labels for 60-day guarantee returns. Pack the unit securely for transit and place your RMA reference on the outside of the package.
- Refund Timing: Refunds are issued only after the unit is received, inspected, and approved. Allow up to 10 business days after receipt for refund processing; your payment provider may add additional settlement time.
3.3 Customization & User-Error Exclusions
- User-Submitted Data: Because every unit is custom-manufactured to your exact specifications, our 60-Day Guarantee covers the physical hardware and its performance, not user data-entry errors. If your hardware is manufactured correctly based on the information you provided at checkout, the guarantee does not apply to spelling errors, incorrect social handles, or invalid/broken URLs and QR codes submitted by the customer.
- Discounted Replacements: If you realize you made a mistake on your submitted information after the unit has been manufactured and shipped, please contact support@madebydjs.vip. While this does not qualify for a free refund/replacement, we will gladly offer a discounted replacement unit to get your setup working perfectly.
- Defective Hardware: Hardware is defective if it has a structural flaw (cracked, unreadable). Minor cosmetic variations are not defects. Defects discovered at or shortly after delivery may be covered under Section 2 (Damaged Orders). Structural or accidental failures after regular professional use are covered under Section 3.4 (No-Fault Lifetime Warranty), not the 60-Day Guarantee.
- Tap-Connect Compatibility: While we test all chips, Tap-Connect uses NFC tap technology and requires a compatible phone. Issues specific to a single device’s compatibility are not considered hardware defects.
3.4 The No-Fault Lifetime Warranty
- The Promise: We build professional-grade gear meant to survive live event environments. If your hardware fails structurally or breaks accidentally during the course of regular professional use—even after 50+ gigs—we will replace it entirely free of charge.
- Physical Unit Requirement: To prevent fraud and assist our engineering team in ongoing quality improvement, we do not issue replacements for lost or stolen gear. You must return the physical, damaged unit to our facility to qualify for a replacement.
- Logistics & Shipping Split: While the replacement hardware itself is 100% free, you are responsible for all shipping costs. After support approves your warranty claim, you must ship the damaged unit to our facility at your expense using a trackable carrier. We do not provide prepaid return labels for warranty returns.
- Fulfillment Process: Once your damaged unit arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will issue a digital invoice for outbound shipping of your replacement unit only. Your brand-new replacement unit will enter our production queue after that invoice is paid.
- Exclusions: This warranty strictly covers structural and functional failures of the hardware. It does not cover cosmetic scratches, normal wear-and-tear that does not impact utility, or intentional modification/destruction.
4 Intellectual Property
You represent that you own the rights to any logos or text you submit.
Indemnification: You agree to hold MADEBYDJS LLC harmless from any legal claims arising from content you submit (e.g., if you upload a copyrighted logo you don’t own).
5 Advertising, Testimonials & Marketing Claims
- Customer quotes and videos reflect individual experiences. Results such as bookings, leads, or gigs vary by market, pricing, offer, and how you use the hardware. We do not guarantee that you will book a specific number of events.
- Social proof figures (for example, DJ counts or events served) are internal estimates based on orders and reported use, not independently audited statistics.
- Performance claims on the site describe how the product is designed to work in typical booth setups. Your outcomes depend on your brand, destination link, and guest behavior.
- Comparative specs (for example, “+80% larger scan area” or “3× larger Tap-Connect”) compare Club XL to our prior DJ Branding Essentials plate—the predecessor product before Club XL—not to other manufacturers or generic QR/NFC products.
- The 60-Day “Book More Gigs” Guarantee (Section 3) is a satisfaction policy for eligible hardware orders—not a promise of any minimum booking volume.
6 Privacy Policy
The policy below describes how we handle information for orders, optional email sign-ups, website use, and advertising measurement. The same text is published at madebydjs.vip/privacy.
MADEBYDJS LLC ("MadeByDJs," "we," "us") operates madebydjs.vip and sells custom Club XL booth hardware. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, email subscribers, and customers in the United States unless we state otherwise.
Privacy policy effective: June 1, 2026
1. Information we collect
- Order and checkout information — When you purchase, our payment partner collects payment and fulfillment details we need to process your order, including name, email, US shipping address, and payment status. We retain order details needed to produce and support your plate, including your custom display text, Scan + Tap-Connect destination link, product finish, and any add-ons you select.
- Email sign-up (optional) — If you request our pro setup guide or similar content without purchasing, we collect the email address you submit and basic technical context (such as device type, the page you were on, and where you came from) to deliver the request and understand whether our messages are useful.
- Customization content — Logos, display names, and destination URLs you submit are used to manufacture and operate your plate and to provide support. You represent that you have rights to submit this content (see our Terms of Service).
- Automatic technical data — Like most websites, we receive IP address, browser type, device information, and similar logs when you use the site.
- Site usage data we generate — We use a pseudonymous identifier stored in your browser (it is not your name or email) to understand how the site is used, such as which pages were viewed and whether checkout or sign-up steps were started or completed. Related records may include referrer, page URL, general campaign information when you arrive from an ad or link, and identifiers our advertising partners place in cookies.
- Advertising and measurement — We use Meta (Facebook) technologies on our site. Meta may set cookies and receive information about your visits and actions (such as signing up for email updates or completing a purchase). We may also send similar conversion-related information from our systems to Meta, which can include a hashed form of your email and technical data used for ad measurement.
- Browser storage — Besides cookies, we may store small amounts of data in your browser for preferences (such as display theme), the pseudonymous identifier described above, and limited marketing attribution when you arrive from a campaign link.
2. How we use information
- Process, fulfill, and support orders (production, shipping, confirmations, warranty, and destination updates).
- Send transactional emails related to your purchase (receipts, shipping updates, and service messages).
- Send marketing emails when you opt in via the email sign-up (setup guide, product tips, and occasional follow-ups). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.
- Measure site performance, diagnose errors, and improve our website, checkout, and product experience.
- Measure and optimize advertising, including understanding which campaigns lead to visits and orders.
- Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with law.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data only as needed to run our business, with service providers and partners that process data on our behalf or at our direction:
- Payment processing — Stripe processes payments and checkout. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how Stripe handles payment data.
- Email delivery — Our email provider sends transactional and marketing messages. Marketing messages include unsubscribe options where supported.
- Advertising partners — Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for ad delivery and conversion measurement, including browser and server-based tools commonly used for online stores.
- Hosting and infrastructure — US-based cloud hosting, storage, and database providers that operate the website and store order and site-usage records on our behalf.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (for example a merger), with notice where appropriate.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect checkout, site features, or ad measurement. Payment checkout may use additional cookies controlled by our payment partner.
To limit interest-based advertising from Meta, visit Meta’s ad settings or use industry opt-out tools where available. Our site does not currently show a separate cookie consent banner; by continuing to use the site you understand that analytics and advertising technologies described here may be used, subject to this policy and applicable law.
5. Data retention
- Orders — Kept as long as needed to fulfill orders, honor warranties and guarantees, resolve disputes, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Marketing sign-ups — Kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email, plus a reasonable period to honor suppression requests and evaluate whether our communications are effective.
- Site usage records — Retained for operational reporting and product improvement for as long as reasonably needed, then reviewed and deleted or aggregated when no longer useful.
6. Your choices and rights
- Marketing email — Unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email, or email us at support@madebydjs.vip. If you purchase without joining the email sign-up, we generally send only transactional messages about your order.
- Access, correction, or deletion — Email support@madebydjs.vip from the address associated with your request. We may verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
- California residents — You may have rights to know, delete, correct, or limit certain uses of personal information under California law. We do not sell personal information for money. We may share identifiers and activity information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising (for example, to measure whether ads lead to visits or purchases). You can opt out of this sharing by emailing support@madebydjs.vip with the subject line “California opt-out,” or by using Meta’s ad settings and industry opt-out tools described in Section 4.
- Colorado, Virginia, and similar state laws — Where applicable, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing. Contact us at the email above and we will respond as required by law.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Payment card numbers are entered on our payment partner’s secure checkout; we do not store full card numbers on our systems. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. Children
Our site and products are intended for professional DJs and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International visitors
We are based in the United States and currently ship physical products to US addresses. If you access the site from outside the US, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be noted on the site or by email where appropriate.

7 Disputes & Chargebacks
You agree to contact support@madebydjs.vip to resolve issues before filing a chargeback. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in a permanent ban from our services.
8 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9 Governing Law & Arbitration
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Except for small-claims matters or requests for injunctive relief, disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Minnesota, not in court, and you waive the right to participate in a class action.
- You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing support@madebydjs.vip with your order number and the subject line “Arbitration opt-out.”
