Welcome to MadeByDJs. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1 Product Customization

In Plain English: Since we custom-make these plates specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for typos. Please double-check your spelling and links before ordering. We build exactly what you type.

You are responsible for the information you provide for your custom product.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete customization details. MadeByDJs is not liable for errors such as typos or incorrect data.
QR Code Links: You are responsible for ensuring your link is accurate. We strongly recommend using HTTPS links. If you provide an insecure link (http://), you accept liability for security warnings that may appear on guests' phones.
Production Time: We aim to produce and ship within 4 business days. High-volume periods may require 5–7 business days.
Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse orders containing hate speech, explicit imagery, or copyright violations.

2 Shipping & Fulfillment

Carriers: We ship via USPS or similar carriers. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed by MadeByDJs.
Damaged Orders: If your product arrives broken, we will replace it for free. You must provide photo evidence of the damage and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked "Delivered" but missing, we will help file a claim with USPS. If successful, we provide a free replacement. If the carrier denies the claim, we will offer a replacement at a discounted rate (cost of materials only) so you aren't left empty-handed.

3 Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

In Plain English: We stand behind our quality 100%. If we make a mistake or the product is defective, we fix it immediately. However, we cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, as the product cannot be resold.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns on products that were produced correctly based on the information provided.

Defective Product: A product is defective if it has a structural flaw (cracked, unreadable). Minor cosmetic variations are not defects.
NFC Compatibility: While we test all chips, NFC requires a compatible phone. Issues specific to a single device's compatibility are not considered product defects.

4 Intellectual Property

You represent that you own the rights to any logos or text you upload.

Indemnification: You agree to hold MadeByDJs harmless from any legal claims arising from content you submit (e.g., if you upload a copyrighted logo you don't own).

5 Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. We collect only what is needed to fulfill your order.

Data Usage: Your data is used solely for order processing and communication.
Security: We do not store credit card details. All payments are processed via Stripe.
No Selling: We never sell your data to third parties.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

You agree to contact support@madebydjs.vip to resolve issues before filing a chargeback. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in a permanent ban from our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota. Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, waiving class action rights.
